Lake Tahoe’s first planned community.
Incline Village, NV, is a mellow mountain town of about 9000 people on the beautiful north shore of Lake Tahoe. Residents enjoy a number of amenities including a ski resort, two golf courses, a recreation center and two private beaches with stunning views all the way to South Lake Tahoe.
Nevada’s best-kept secret
Crystal Bay sits right next door on the Nevada stateline, a petite community of just over 300 people. It has a handful of small casinos, a few restaurants, and some lovely secret beaches. The area is also home to the famed Cal-Neva casino resort, currently closed for renovation, and there are plans on the books for extensive redevelopment along the main highway.
